We offers free shipping on all orders over €39 for orders within Germany, over $45 for orders within Austria, and over $65 for orders in selected European countries* after promotions and before taxes.

How do I track my order?
As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification confirming the shipment along with the tracking number.
We will do our best to help with any shipping delays, however, we cannot be responsible for potential carrier delays and will not issue refunds or replacements for packages delivered outside the estimated time frame.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information or shipping address, your order processing may cause delays or returns.
If the shipping address is a P.O. box, please ensure the P.O. Box accepts parcel deliveries. We cannot be responsible for customers entering incomplete or incorrect shipping addresses.
Packages returned to us due to invalid/incorrect/incomplete address, and unclaimed/refused packages will not be eligible for a refund and may incur a separate re-shipping fee to have the packaged shipped to you a second time.
